Family Egg Drop Challenge 2018
We had a great time, testing the containers we had built to keep our eggs safe. Over seventy children and their families took part. There were some very inventive ways of cushioning each egg’s fall; popcorn, salt water, and even a water melon! Some designs slowed the egg’s fall down using parachutes. Some made a frame of straws that acted as a crumble zone, or spread the force out over a wider area. Nearly all the eggs survived.
There were some beautifully decorated designs too. You must have been confident your egg would survive!
Thank you and well done to everyone involved!
